The job is for a full-time ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. The
developer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize and configure ServiceNow modules, integrate the platform with other systems, and maintain technical documentation. Ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications are also part of the role. The qualifications include a bachelorยดs degree in a relevant field, proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages, experience in ServiceNow integration and REST API, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a ServiceNow certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for ServiceNow applications.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow’s best practices, updates, and new features to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorยดs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Experience in ServiceNow integration and REST API.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow certification is a plus.
