TIBCO BW/BE

As a TIBCO BW/BE Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of TIBCO solutions utilizing TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE). Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront of delivering seamless integration solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in TIBCO technologies, a passion for problem-solving, and a proven track record of successful integration project delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to comprehensively understand integration requirements.
2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation for TIBCO integration solutions.
3. Develop, customize, and implement TIBCO integration processes, services, and adapters.
4. Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of TIBCO solutions.
5. Provide ongoing support and timely resolution of issues related to TIBCO integration solutions.
6. Stay abreast of TIBCO product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our integration capabilities.
7. Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3- 6 years of Experience in full development life cycle of Complex Event Processing (CEP)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience developing web services in REST and SOAP
• Unit Testing, Integration testing capabilities
• Working in a Agile environment with close collaboration with QA
• Proficient in TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO BusinessEvents, with a solid understanding of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) concepts.
• Experience with TIBCO ActiveMatrix and other TIBCO products is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
