We are currently seeking a talented and experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in the Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes, coupled with strong technical skills in SuccessFactors configuration and customization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment and onboarding processes and requirements.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules to meet client needs.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to clients on RCM and ONB implementation and usage.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders on RCM and ONB functionality and features.
  • Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RCM and ONB solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on SuccessFactors updates, releases, and best practices related to RCM and ONB.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge resources and methodologies for RCM and ONB implementation and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors RCM and ONB modules, including configuration and customization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SuccessFactors certification(s) in Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
  • Experience with other SuccessFactors modules and integrations.
  • Knowledge of HRIS concepts and technologies.
