QAD EE Consultant

As a QAD EE Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of QAD EE solutions. Leveraging your deep understanding of QAD EE modules and functionality, you will work closely with clients to assess their business needs, configure the system to meet their requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Your primary objective will be to empower our clients to leverage QAD EE effectively to achieve their business objectives and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• User account administration.
• Knowledgeable on Service now
• Shall be able to direct or handhold users on their queries.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues and ensure system integrity and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and training materials.
• Stay informed about QAD EE updates, enhancements, and industry trends, advising clients on opportunities for system optimization and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in QAD EE tools and technologies, including QAD .NET UI, QAD Enterprise Material Transfer (EMT), QAD Analytics, and QAD Enterprise Applications Integration (EAI).
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, business processes, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Project management experience and certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• QAD certifications (e.g., QAD Certified Consultant, QAD Certified Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
• Proficient in English language.
