The requirements they have from their customers are for different SAP Solutions or other Technologies (Salesforce, Oracle, AWS, etc). They compete against bigger firms with broader portfolios and global delivery centers.

 

THE SOLUTION

We enabled a Nearshore Operation that is used to deliver on demand  services & resources across the SAP and Salesforce Solutions. They can deliver SAP Analytics Services one day, and the next, SAP S/4 HANA Migration Support. This has helped them to continue to have a “Lean Operation” that scales when needed.

THE CHALLENGE

Midsize SAP Partner from Illinois, is competing against global firms that use their Offshore delivery centers as a competitive advantage. Opening an Offshore center is an alternative but requires a big investment and associated risks of an uknown region.

We opened their Mexican Subsidiary with built-in capabilities. Their end-customers know that they avoided a long learning curve as experienced local industry executives are now employed by their Operation in Mexico, and have available infrastructure to grow.
