Midsize SAP HCM Services Provider plans to enter the Mexican Market as they have potential prospects in the Region, but they don’t have the certainty on how the business will perform to know the right size of local staff to be hired and commitments they can make.

We created their own Mexican legal entity and support the local management. It uses our infrastructure and shared services (Accounting, Legal, Tax, HR & Labor, Facilities, Vendor Management). It scales accordingly, as it uses a part-time industry savvy team that supports the initial engagements with local customers, and has on-demand delivery teams to complement their foreign delivery.

THE CHALLENGE

Midsize Global SAP VAR focuses on a niche and has presence in Europe, Middle East & Asia. They have expanded to the America’s as they have been integrated previously by SW Vendors and other SAP Partners.

 

THE SOLUTION

We created a quick and flexible framework that can access opportunities in the Mexican market with their own scalable team with local presence. We also support validation of potential opportunities and participate in account planning. We increased their network from Day 1, with access to SW Vendors and local reseller’s that benefit from their niche expertise.
