We are seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Workday-related projects. These projects may include initial implementation, system enhancements, module deployments, or integrations with other systems. Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead Workday-related projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, aligning them with Workday capabilities.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines, and actively manage project risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and issues.
- Change Management: Oversee change management strategies to ensure successful user adoption of Workday enhancements or new implementations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and adhere to best practices.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with Workday consultants or third-party vendors to optimize project outcomes.
- Testing and Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation processes to ensure the system meets business requirements.
- Training and Documentation: Plan and execute training sessions for end users and create project documentation as needed.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support for Workday system users, addressing issues and managing system enhancements.
Qualifications::
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager, with a strong background in Workday projects.
- Workday certification (e.g., Workday Project Manager certification) is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Change management expertise and experience.
- Familiarity with HR and financial processes and systems.
