We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the organization’s ServiceNow platform, supporting IT service management and automating business processes. This role involves designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.
- Design, configure, develop, troubleshoot, and implement baseline and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Recommend and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Apply best practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using standard protocols.
- Manage the performance and aspirations of ServiceNow developers.
- Manage customer expectations and provide individualized solutions.
- Support other developers in integrating existing systems with ServiceNow.
- Drive internal improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of the ServiceNow practice.
- Provide best practices for designing solutions and developing at the platform and code level.
- Perform necessary development to support user needs.
- Perform GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) implementation and development.
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- 2+ years of experience in GRC ServiceNow development.
- Ability to recommend and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of web programming techniques and ServiceNow configuration.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using standard protocols.
- Previous experience managing the performance and development of ServiceNow developers.
- Excellent customer management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support other developers in integrating existing systems with ServiceNow.
- Drive internal improvement initiatives for the ServiceNow practice.
- Familiarity with best practices for designing solutions and developing at the platform and code level.
- Proficiency in the ITSM (IT Service Management) and GRC modules of ServiceNow.
- ITIL V3 Foundation.
- ServiceNow – CSA & CIS.
- ServiceNow – GRC.
