SAP PP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant, who will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Production Planning module solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and configure SAP PP modules and ensure the successful delivery of production planning functionalities. Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define production planning processes and objectives.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP PP modules, including master data, demand management, capacity planning, shop floor control, and production execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as supply chain, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless integration between SAP PP and other modules.
• Provide guidance and support during SAP PP module testing, training, and user acceptance activities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAP PP functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with the development team to create and enhance custom reports and interfaces to meet specific business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP PP features, functionalities, and industry trends, and proactively recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP module issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and provide accurate effort estimates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP PP Consultant, with hands-on implementation and support experience in SAP Production Planning.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP module functionalities, including master data, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
• Proficient in SAP PP configuration and integration with other SAP modules, such as SD, MM, and FI/CO.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and production planning processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP PP certification(s) is a plus.
