Responsibilities:

• POS System Management:

• Configuration and Customization:
  • Customize POS configurations to align with business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain product databases, pricing structures, and promotions within the POS system.
• Training and Support:
  • Provide training to staff on POS system usage and best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for POS-related inquiries and provide technical support to resolve issues.
• Integration and Upgrades:
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to integrate POS systems with other business applications.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements, recommending and implementing POS system upgrades as needed.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Implement security measures to safeguard customer and transaction data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting point-of-sale systems in a retail environment.
• Strong technical skills in POS hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with POS customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.
