Contracting Specialist

The Contracting Specialist, based in remote Mexico, is a key player in the company´s legal and contractual landscape. This role demands an expert in business law with a track record of managing a substantial volume of contracts annually. Responsibilities:

Business Law Mastery:

• Demonstrate an impeccable command of business law to navigate legal intricacies effectively.

Contract Management:

• Successfully manage and oversee a portfolio of over 180 contracts per year, ensuring organizational efficiency.

Contracting Expertise:

• Apply extensive contracting experience, specializing in Master Agreements, SOW/Statement of Work, Amendments, etc.

Industry Knowledge:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the business sector, providing valuable insights into contractual requirements.

Precision and Detail Orientation:

• Execute tasks with unrivaled precision, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Communication Skills:

• Communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills, simplifying complex concepts for clear understanding.

Analytical Thinking:

• Utilize an analytical mindset to guide decision-making processes related to contractual matters.

Diplomacy and Drafting:

• Exhibit skills in diplomacy, particularly in dispute resolution, and proficiency in drafting a variety of contracts.

Procurement Experience:

• Bring valuable experience in procurement, contributing to the effectiveness of the contracting process.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor´s degree in Business Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Experience:
  Proven track record of managing a high volume of contracts annually.
• Contracting Expertise:
  Extensive experience with Master Agreements, SOW, Amendments, etc.
• Industry Knowledge:
  In-depth knowledge of the business sector in which the company operates.
• Communication Skills:
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Analytical Skills:
  Analytical mindset for effective decision-making in contractual matters.
• Diplomacy and Drafting:
  Skilled in diplomacy, and dispute resolution, and proficient in contract drafting.
• Procurement Experience:
  Previous experience in procurement is highly valued.
