Business Consultant Project Manager

As a Business Consultant Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of consulting projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, develop tailored solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, project management, and client relationship management.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Manage client expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
