The Junior IT Business Analyst is responsible for working with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and requirements in order to develop and recommend IT solutions for our North American customers.
Skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage and follow up on requirements from Key Users
- Experience with IT Services Providers
- Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work independently and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have a working knowledge of computers and software, as well as experience in the IT field.
