Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst onsite in Tijuana. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making.
• Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry or supply chain management is a plus.
